What materials did you use? For the dress, I used a linen blend. pink lining. For the coat, I used a loose woven tweed fabric. The coat material was difficult because the weave was so loose. I used fused iron on interfacing to give it body and hold it together better. I serged the edges and added pockets. I changed the front buttons to overlapping buttons vs what the pattern had. The pattern called for 4 buttons with a loop to close them.

This is a picture of the fused interfacing i used. It made the fabric a little stiffer but I think it was necessary. I added pockets too. My lining needs some practice. I had to make facings in the fabric then add it to the lining. I will have to rewatch the video to do it better next time.
