What materials did you use? Cotton fabrics

What are you most proud of? This was my first Stack N Whack quilt. It was made in the early 90's. The back shows the fabric I used to cut out the individual blocks.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be very, very careful & precise when lining up the stack of 8 pieces of fabric

This just takes my breath away! I can't wait to get a few more skills refined and have a try at this! I bought a book called (I think) "One Block Wonders" and I think the process is similar... Seems a bit complicated, but that appeals to me! Yes, a good outlet for the OCD! Maybe Craftsy should do a tutorial for one of these! Please!?!

Thanks, Di4n4, it is a bit complicated but fun seeing what you end up with - always a surprise

Thanks, mo.sews, these are fun to do - haven't done one in years, might be time to revisit the book

I just got the Stack n Wack books from Amazon. This is so exciting I can not wait to stack n Wack my own! Three cheers for another slash or Wack girl!

This is so fantastic best red, white and blue I have ever seen. I need to do more stacknwack...

Thanks so much! It's been ages since I've done of these but they are fun & unexpected

Very interesting use of color and design, not your typical red, white and blue.

Thank you! The design was pretty much an accident - all depends on what motif you line up.
