What was your inspiration?
I've seen a lot of the "Arkansas Crossroads" quilts and loved them. Then I saw the Missouri Star Quilt Company's video for the 4 patch X and O. It is very similar and so easy! When my brother in-law was remarried I thought the 4 patch X and O would make the perfect quilt for a blending family.
What are you most proud of?
I'm most proud that I was actually able to give the quilt away after it was finished. I absolutely fell in love!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be intimidated by all of the matching seams and the small squares. The video tutorial shows you how to make this without ever dealing with the small squares and makes matching the seams super easy and precise!
