What materials did you use? Scraps from the 1st quilt top I sewed. I'm working to finish it soon. 100% cotton fabric.

What are you most proud of? Finally got the measurements right to leave selvage to join the block without losing the points.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the video and read the pattern closely before marking where to begin adding strips.

Very nice, I am still having trouble matching up. I like this block and am making a lap quilt from it.

Fabulous colors and workmanship!!!! Didn't think your 1st & 2nd were to bad either......were these colors in a bundle, they are so lovely, if so what are they called?

These fabrics are leftovers from a quilt top kit I bought at JoAnn Fabrics about a year ago. I found it at the back of the store in a clearance bin. I can't find the pattern though I'm sure I kept it. In the process of moving my work space. I'll get back to you if I locate it. Glad you like it and after 3 tries it better be good. I had trouble with the points. My 1st were smack dab on the edges. My 2nd just barely left a seam allowance on a couple points. This one finally came out the way it should. You know what they say - practice, practice, practice! :D

Wow Jean this is stunning - like the dark centre and all your points are so even - great work.
