Here are some details about my project:

What materials did you use? 3 old tshirts--one too tight with a wee bleach stain front-and-center, one xl men's and one with decorative rosettes and beads but with long sleeves (which I dislike wearing). Poly serger thread, New Home/Janome

What are you most proud of? It worked, and the stitches are pretty even

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have plenty of fabric and watch out not to serge over beads! This is very free form so start out with a basic shape and then add pieces or trim them off as you like to keep the fit. I used the shirt armscyes so I wouldn't have to fit them

Fantistic! What a great job. So creative.

Cute! I'm picturing a similar dress in my future. With pockets.

I love this. Did you have a particular pattern that you used?

I didn't actually. I was inspired by my Secret Lentil garments (check her out online!). I used a tunic I have of Helen's/Secret Lentil for inspiration and the existing armholes of the t-shirts. The rest is improvised.

Very nice. I have something similar in mind which is why I'm taking this class. I hope I get that far.
