Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: FOLLOWING THE TUTORIAL, I CASCADED THE RUFFLES DOWN THE CAKE. IN SOME OF THE RUFFLES I ATTACHED EDIBLE PEARLS AND ALSO ONTO THE CAKE, WHICH MADE THEM LOOK ALMOST LIKE SEA PEARLS. I TOUCHED THE EDGE OF THE RUFFLES WITH EDIBLE GOLD...

What are you most proud of? Being able to create using new techniques, or adapting old ones with a modern twist.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time. Thin your fondant. Make sure you have sufficient petal paste (UK) Gum Paste (USA) mixed with your fondant icing.
