What was your inspiration?
I cook almost all homemade food and I made these as part of New Years Dinner.
What are you most proud of?
The color and crumb turned out wonderful. They flavor of the cheese bread would have been a bit better if I had added a little semolina to the dough, but over all they were really good.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
That it will take some time to get a good shape to the bread. That is among the hardest things for me! Also, regulating the temperature to bake it at. Peter helped me a great deal with that.
