Instructions
This is a pretty basic skirt. I don't use a pattern. I like to add a flange at the hem and I wrap the hem around so it's finished inside & out. The shirt is appliqued and I altered it to give it a girly shape.Difficulty:

Olivia wanted a cupcake theme for her birthday party.
What are you most proud of?
It's very comfortable to wear and it looks adorable on. Of course, most anything looks adorable on a 3 year old.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Get some pretty fabric. This cotton cupcake fabric has a glitter finish. Very girly. Look for a fabric that has a design you can "fussy cut" for the top applique.
