Instructions

1) Cut 3/4 in non roll elastic and glue and/or sew to make waistband. Size will depend on how many scraps you have.
2) Tie on tulle strips using slip knots. Fold strip in half with loop end to go under elastic, hold bottom pieces to keep even and pull thru loop. 2 strips per color.
3) Mark center in between first 2 strips add another strip.

That this was made with a tub full of scraps...
I am working on making enough to sell in the future!

I want to sell my "mustgo" tutus for less so all girls can feel special! Even with limited resources!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Make sure you have enough scaps... I stated with a 2T waistband and had to adjust waistband to 12months!!!

FYI... I use like new tops to add character and will include tops so girls can have a set for the same price as the handmade tutu...
