This is what I had left over after my first try of making chocolate ruffles.
What are you most proud of?
The taste of the chocolate was amazing. This was the best chocolate cake Ive ever made. I made Flo's Devil Food & Alice's Ganache. It was the best combo!!!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Start days in advance maybe 5 to make sure you get the perfect ruffles, and follow every direction Alice gives its worth it.
