Oh I would like to add, that I mentioned I did this project on sewable heat n bond. If felt a little awkward but the surface was good for coloring, more smooth.
Yes! They love it. Thank you! First of all, I love your class and the process...second to get paid was a good motivation. I have some pictures from Paris I want to work with, but right now I'm working on flowers, which I love.
Very beautiful. For me, the eyes of a portrait are one of the most iimportant features. The eyes in your project really bring your Aunt Marion to life. :)
sew pretty! it reminds me of my mom and her friends high school graduation pictures. your coloring is great, i can see the dimension of her cheeks, nose and chin, etc. excellent work!
I did two pictures of the same Aunt Marion. This one was done with a yellow fabric and I mistakenly used Heat n Bond Lite the sewable permanent adhesive, but like Ms. Lola stays "there are no mistakes". This was actually the best of the two pictures and was easier for me to color on. I wanted to keep this one, but when I showed both of them, he wanted to buy them both. I'm so excited...I am now in the middle of my next project. Hooray for me! Still working on and experimenting with color, and shading and hatching with overlay,
