What was your inspiration?
My daughter really wanted it. I think she looks beautiful in it. I like the way girls today dress to please themselves and are so creative.
What are you most proud of?
I worked hard on it. As I mentioned I made 2 muslins, drafted my own facing pattern and redrew all of the pleats to make it fit once I had adjusted the bodice.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make a muslin first.
