What materials did you use? Hoffman fabric, Bali Pop jelly roll in Butterscotch....40 2 1/2" x 44 strips. Plus will put two borders of like fabric on this top.

What are you most proud of? I love the fabric and how it all came together. That of course was due to the awesome assortment of fabric.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? RELAX, it is easy and fun. Sewing all 40 of the strips together is somewhat boring but once you start sewing and folding it is awesome.

do i sew the strips together to make one long strip

Yes! You will sew them at an angle, gets boring but so worth it. Once you are done be sure to cut 18" off one strip, that is what staggers the strips when you get it all sewn. Sorry for the delay in answering your question.

How many roll does it take to do a twin size quilt?

The one shown here is one roll if 40 strips. If you added borders it would probably work depending on how much you wanted to hang over all around. I am not home so I can't even give you the actual measurement.

I posted 52 x 66 as the size without borders. Hope that helps!

Your jelly roll colors are so pretty.

could you use 2 of the 40 strips and make a larger quilt top , just wondering thanks for any info

I really am not sure but it does make sense. If you try it keep me posted on the out come!

I've made this and used part of it for a wall hanging. Now I'm wondering how to quilt it? How did you quilt yours? I can't tell from your pictures.
