I had an Omni Grid template kit for this 12 pt. Dresden Plate. I made this before making the 20 pt one for the Craftsy BOM class. It is interesting to me to see how differently they turn out, using basically the same process and fabrics.

Very nice! Think I like it better than the 20 blades. If I had this template I'd use it with my 1st colorway. I got so frustrated with that one I gave up and did the whole plate in one fabric! It was just busy, busy, busy.

I Really Like This Size! Shows off the fabrics much better, isn't that the point of our fabric obsessions? I might do both sizes just because I like them, but yours is my favorite. Thanks for giving us a peek

So ... are the blades wider and shorter? This version really highlights the fabrics! Beautiful!

only slightly shorter, but yes, much wider
