What materials did you use? Stash!

What are you most proud of? I just love the colors on this! Dark purple in the center and lighter middle of the wings and a favorite fabric scrap for the outside of the butterfly.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Play!! Life is too short to be serious all the time. Do something fun!

I love your colours and your philosophy. You are so right - life is way too short NOT TO play. All your blocks look lovely and I can't wait to see them all together.

Thank you! I'm not sure I'm through with this yet. I'm thinking an embroidered squiggly line. Still rethinking it. I only started the class at the end of June and have a hard time putting it down to do other things.

Love this one of yours! I look forward to see all of these wonderful parts in a finished quilt. Especially the white spaces I like. Thanks a lot for sharing ... Just recently I started a little hexagon project myself. It's fun.
