Make your own tortoises with this cute pattern. Detailed instructions and illustrations guide you through this project, which gives lovely results.
Use it over and over again to make these cute creatures.

A project set out for beginners, but even if you have been sewing for many years you can still use this template. So give it a whirl!
Can be hand sewn or made using a sewing machine, with the final touches done by hand. The finished tortoises measure approx. 10.5 inches long.
Each one you make will be completely unique and like no other, so get sewing!

This is a PDF sewing pattern that you can easily download from immediately after payment.

The pattern is full size, so no re-scaling needed, just print and sew.

  • 25x66 cm (10x26 inches) Green Fleece
  • 39x52 cm (16x21 inches) Contrasting Fleece or Patterned Cotton Fabric
  • Thread matching your fabrics
  • Black thread
  • Toy stuffing, Pins, Sharp scissors, Needle (and sewing machine if using), Blunt Pencil or Chopstick for turning
