Pattern Description:
The Pirate Hat pattern is of my own design, it comes with easy to follow instructions and step-by-step illustrations. The pattern is in PDF form.
The Pirate Hat is a great costume accessory and will transform any little scallywag into a blimey buccaneer!
Materials:
- Black felt (hat): 20.5" x 22.5"
- White cotton (appliqu(c)): 3" x 4"
- Double-sided iron-on fabric stabilizer (appliqu(c)): 3" x 4"
- White bias tape, 12" thick (trim): 50"
You Will Also Need:
- Fabric pen
- Iron
- Pins
- Scissors
- Sewing machine
- Tailor(tm)s chalk
