Pattern Description:

These adorable animals are simple to make! They are stitched entirely by hand, using the whip stitch around the felt edges, and straight stitches for details on faces. Instructions are included to make a pig, chick, frog, dog, cow, sheep, bunny, chicken and cat. The animals can be made with or without the pockets. Enlarge or reduce patterns to make animals different sizes. This six page PDF e-pattern includes full size patterns to make all nine animals; a materials list; detailed instructions written in English; and clear step-by-step photos. Copyrights protect this pattern from being reproduced in any media format to be resold. Permission is given for the pattern to be used to make and sell the finished animals in limited quantities.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Animals are 7" x 7 1/2" or smaller.
Hearts are 1 3/4" x 2"

Materials:

Felt scraps (acrylic felt was used for samples) - assorted colors - a 9" square is the maximum size needed
Thread/ floss - blue embroidery floss for details on faces & colors that match felt
Polyester fiberfil stuffing
If making pocket, one 3" x 3 1/2" print fabric rectangle (or one 1 1/4" x 3" felt rectangle can be used instead)
Optional: fabric glue (Beacon Fabri-Tac permanent adhesive was used for samples)
