The Lucy Dress is a traditional style dress with a modern touch. It features a fitted, lined bodice with puffed sleeves and a four gored flared full skirt with optional back waist ties and an optional collar. This pattern is ideal for party dresses, Christmas dresses and other special occasion wear.

The dress can be made in three styles - with a plain front, with a contrast insert, or with a smocked insert (smocking plate provided). If you choose to make the plain front style then there is space for machine or hand embroidery embellishments on the bodice if desired.

The Pattern contains full instructions on how to make each of the pictured dresses, and has been updated to include computer drawn pattern pieces.

My hope is that you will take this pattern, choose the options you like best, and come up with an original creation that's unique in every way.

Please Note: you are buying an original PDF downloadable doll dress pattern by Genine Allan, not a finished doll's dress. The dolls and accessories are not for sale.

THE PATTERN IS DOWNLOADED AS A PDF FILE. YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT THE PATTERN YOURSELF.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or the Nitro PDF Reader to open the pattern file. Both software programs are downloadable for free and can be easily found via google or other search engines.

Nowadays I design doll clothes patterns and I digitize designs for machine embroidery ...
