Meet the Knuckleheads! This pattern is for an easy-to-make softie with three variations.
Clyde (the mopey gray one) is crazy easy to make. If you're looking to make your first softie ever, I'd recommend Clyde. Plus - he really needs a best friend.
Leonard (the purple one) has a very hairy back - and he's proud of it!
Mary Margaret (the red one) has a few self-control issues - but she has a kind heart and she loves to give hugs with those long skinny arms.
The finished softies are 8 inches tall - a great size for hugging. :-)
With one pattern you can make a whole horde of monsters. After you make the basic Knuckleheads you can play mad scientist and start rearranging the parts. Add Mary Margaret's long arms to Leonard. Replace Clyde's ears with Leonard's horns. Give Clyde's ears to Mary Margaret. I'm sure there's a limit to the number of combinations possible, but I don't remember how to do that kind of math. :-)
This is a very easy pattern - appropriate for beginners. Can you control the speed of your machine? Are you comfortable sewing straight lines and turning corners? Then you can sew this pattern.
You get full-sized pattern pieces - no enlarging needed.
The 17-page pattern is loaded with full-color step-by-step photos and very clear instructions PLUS links to videos teaching you all the techniques you need to know to complete the project. You can totally make this!
The pattern is an instant download. Get it now and you can have a finished monster by the end of the day. :-)
