My Grandson is 3 months old and he can already grab the tags , he also seams to like all the bright colors and the crinkling sound.

Size: 8 1/2" H x 11" W (size can very depending on fabric type).

Supplies Needed:
1/8 yd of green Fabric
1/8 yd. of yellow John Deere fabric for window
1/4 yd black fabric for both wheels
1 scrap 2" x 4" felt for wheel centers
1 yd ribbon scraps( mixture of colors)
( 10 pieces of ribbon cut in 2 1/2" or 3" pieces)
1 piece fleece or flannel for back 9" x 11"
1 piece thin batting 9" x 16"
