This pattern is written for folks who have had some basic sewing and embroidery experience and who are familiar with common sewing terms.
A combination of machine and hand sewing is used, and also some very simple embroidery stitches.

Pattern Description:

"My, what BIG eyes you have, Gramma!"

This Red Riding Hood inspired, fully illustrated 12-page PDF pattern shows you how to make a beautifully detailed 17-inch two-faced doll that has Gramma on one side and Wolfie on the other.

Pattern features include:

Included in this original pattern are color pictures, detailed step-by-step instructions and clear diagrams for every step. This pattern is written for folks who have had some basic sewing and embroidery experience and are familiar with common sewing terms.

This pattern is in PDF format on 8.5 x 11 paper, so you can print it from your regular printer at home on standard paper or card stock, as many times as you need for personal use.

Materials used to make the doll are: cottons, wool blend felts, eyelet trim (or optional grosgrain ribbon instead), safety eyes, rick rack or ribbon, poly stuffing and coordinating thread and floss. A combination of machine and some hand sewing are used.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Finished doll is 17 inches long.

Materials:

1/4 yard woven cotton, scrap of cotton ticking, scrap of corduroy or cotton, scrap of tan linen or cotton, and a scrap of grey linen or cotton.
Pieces of wool felt for ears, snout, arms, muzzle, hair, noses, shawl, and eyes.

You Will Also Need:

Air soluble marker, fusible interfacing, 20 mm and 6 mm safety eyes, eyelet trim or wide grosgrain ribbon, coordinating thread and floss, scrap of rick rack or ribbon, poly stuffing, fabric glue, optional pinking or scallop shears.
