Pattern Description:
What's the buzz? You can make a beautiful dragonfly mask!
Soft felt conforms to the face and sits comfortably. Elastic band at the back for a comfortable, multi-size fit. Great for make believe and dress up fun.
When you purchase this pattern, you will receive an 8 page PDF; 1 pattern page and 7 pages of tutorial with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions and colour photos for every stage of the creation process.
Difficulty Rating: Fairly plain (bit harder than simple). Nothing too tricky, but sewing on see-through material means you want to be sure you can sew without making too many knots!
Diagrams of how to do stitches are also included in the pattern for those of us who regularly think, "Now running stitch..... Which one is that?"
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- One size fits children of all ages from 1 year (and some adults).
Materials:
- 1 piece of 12x8" (30x22cm), 1.2-1.5mm thick felt in light blue and scraps of bright blue for body
- 17" of 1 1/2" (4cm) thick light blue organza ribbon
You Will Also Need:
- Light blue, bright blue and white or irridescent thread
- sewing needle and scissors
- ball point pen and grey lead pencil
- 17" (44cm) of clear stretch beading cord
- small amount of toy stuffing
