These baby turtles are soft and sweet! The turtles are stuffed with polyester fiberfill. The legs and ribbon tails are perfect for little hands to hold. Fleece is used for the body, head and legs. Cotton print fabric is used for the shell applique.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

The small turtle is 5" x 5 1/2". The medium turtle is 7 1/2" x 8 1/4". The large turtle is 8 1/2" x 10". T

Materials:

Fleece - 1/8 yard for small body & 1/8 yard of a different color for small head/legs,
1/4 yard for medium body & 1/8 yard of a different color for medium head/legs,
1/4 yard for large body & 1/8 yard of a different color for large head/legs
Cotton fabric for appliqus - 4" print square (shell) & 1" x 2" white rectangle (eyes) for small turtle,
5" print square (shell) & 1" x 2" white rectangle (eyes) for medium turtle,
6" print square (shell) & 1" x 2" white rect. (eyes) for large turtle (denim was used for eyes on samples)
Iron-on fusible web - 5" square for small turtle, 6" square for medium turtle, 7" square for large turtle
Ribbon - 3" piece of 3/8" ribbon for small turtle, 4" piece of 5/8" ribbon for medium turtle, 5" piece of 1" ribbon for large turtle
Polyester fiberfill stuffing
Sewing thread - white & color that matches fabric
Embroidery floss - bright blue
