Pattern Description:

Get noticed going to meetings or to class, or just keep keep all your 'stuff' together at home, this gorgeous A4 folder with built in pencil case and storage pockets will do that for you. Simply slot in an A4 notepad which has its binding at the top and add some pencils and pens. There is space to hold your favourite pens/pencils and a pencil case is built in for extra storage. There is a floating pocket on one of the panels which you can divide into sections to suit your needs, you might make one wide enough to hold you phone and another for ID.

Save - Have a look around what fabric scraps have you got left over from other projects this folder project has lots of square pieces which allows you to mix and match fabrics to use up odds and ends.

Splurge - Invest in some feature fabric choose fabrics to suit your personality you could even applique designs to the cover or embroider it. Just be warned when your friends see you with one they will probably ask you to make one for them!

  • Cotton - Matching threads or contrast colours
  • Interfacing - Reinforce pockets, tab closure and Panel B 1/2yd x 45" Wide
  • Wadding - to give it that soft squishy feel 1/2yd x 45" Wide
  • Cardboard - Reinforcement scavenged from a box
  • Fixings - Button and elastic 3" of 1/4"Elastic
