Pattern Description:

I just love these receiving blankets! These adorable blankets take a basic traditional blanket and make it into something unique and heart felt. I designed these blankets for my daughter and my best friend's daughter due in a few months. I am looking forward to laying my baby girl on this unique blanket and swaddling her up in it.! The encouraging verse will remind me daily of how special she is.

With this pattern you receive two designs! Both blankets have the beautiful verse from Psalm 139, "I praise you for I am wonderfully and fearfully made." One blanket has the verse near the center and the other has the verse decorating the edge as a border. These blankets make a wonderful baby shower gift or can be a simple yet irreplaceable gift for your own babe. They can be made for a little man as well. Enjoy!
