Pattern Description:

Throw away that boring tomato and make yourself a Pin Pouf!

I designed this pin cushion pattern with quilters in mind (but it's great for any sewist). It's nice and thick so your long quilting pins won't poke out of the bottom, plus there's space for lots of pins! And since it's flat on the bottom it stays put on your sewing table.

This pattern is full of detailed instructions and illustrations.

Materials:

  • rotary cutter
  • mat
  • clear ruler
  • marking pencil
  • scissors
  • hand sewing needle
  • doll maker's needle

  • thread

  • pin cushion fill (polyester, cotton, or wool batting or ground walnut hulls)
