Pattern Description:

Make your own guitar strap with just 1/2 yard of any fun cotton fabric. Use upholstery vinyl for the tabs, or purchase pre-made tabs, and plastic hardware from Sew Mimi Designs.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 8" wide X up to 60" long (adjustable)

Materials:

  • 1/2 yard 44" wide fabric -- quilters cotton will work best
  • 8" X 60" heavy interfacing or cut-away embroidery stabilizer (fusible or regular)
  • a 6" x 8" piece of upholstery vinyl for the tabs

You Will Also Need:

  • one 2" rectangle loop
  • one 2" tri-glide slider
