This is an intermediate level sewing pattern, if you have any previous bag making skills, this will be a bonus!
**IMPORTANT! Please measure the circle template on the last page of this pattern after printing. Be sure that your printer did not scale it down. It should be a perfect 6 1/2" in diameter!
Just three pairs of old jeans can be transformed into this FUN purse! There are a lot of jean purses out there but this one is very unique!
This pattern has LOTS of diagrams! Images make things clear so I've done my best to give you lots of written instructions and accompanying drawings.
This pattern is definitely a "spin off" of the Denim Circle Rag Quilt. I knew the quilt could be a great purse as well and VOILA, the pattern is now here!
This pattern has instructions for TWO sizes of bags. Bag A is the larger, longer bag with 8 circles per side (see picture of beige bag). Bag B is a more traditionally sized bag with 6 circles per side and can be seen in the pictures as the red/white bag.
*I HIGHLY recommend using 100% cotton jeans. It will fray much better than stretch jeans!
This is not a true beginner pattern. Best for the experienced beginner to intermediate sewer.
Thank you for looking! Heather
