Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Applique by hand, machine or fusible
  • Machine and hand sew
  • Machine or hand quilt (if quilting)

Pattern Description:

I love the holidays, especially the sparkle and shine of beautiful ornaments. Dress up your home with these fast and easy personalized Christmas stockings with ornament appliques. Go modern & casual with bright cotton calicos, or dress them up with velvets and silky fabrics. Add a little fancy trim and a few beads for even more sparkle! Special pattern feature: a lining pocket, great for gift cards, checks, and good old cash!

I recommend outline quilting for the stocking front, but the design looks great quilted or not.

Easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions walk you through creating a 13 1/2" x 22" Christmas stocking. Design combines applique, quilting and three-dimensional accents. Make them for the whole family!
