Pattern Description:

Make a cuddly Fox and Raccoon Pillow with an optional pocket on the front or back perfectly sized for the Tooth Fairy. This smaller sized pillow is just right for toddlers or as an accent pillow for any age.

Also included are instructions to make sweet Fox and Raccoon Babies in felt that fit into the pockets. Or make them as ornaments.

These pillows make an excellent sleep companion for small children. There are no buttons or loose pieces to come off. They are easy to clean too, machine washable, gentle cycle (when made with washable fabric).

Materials: Pillows work well in soft flannel fabric or other cotton fabric. Apart from fabric, all that is needed is thread, felt for eyes and nose, embroidery floss for mouth, and stuffing of choice. Great way to use up scraps of fabric. They can be closed after stuffing by machine or with hand stitching.

  • Felt Babies are 2 1/2" high x 1 5/8" wide

  • small pieces for secondary colors
  • felt for eyes, nose, tail and fox ears
  • stuffing

You Will Also Need:

  • General sewing supplies, thread, embroidery floss, etc.

I love all arts and crafts. I have sewn most of my life, but it wasn't until I became a mom that I started My Funny Buddy to make washable toys for my own little one. I try to design patterns to be quick and easy. I'm proud that many of my patterns have been useful for donations, used by wonderful people who make tons of toys to donate to hospitals, shelters and other places in need.
