Pattern Description:

This is an amazing pattern based on a vintage lingerie set from a 1950's French magazine. The corset has optional boning at the waist, and back closure options with eyelet or hook and eye. The garter clips are also optional. This would make a great addition to any French frou frou lingerie drawer.

This pattern is part of the Ooh La la Pin-up Sew-along on A Few Threads Loose. There's a tutorial to walk you through each and every step of sewing your corset, pictures, advice, and a place to ask questions.

Words cannot describe the joy I got from putting this together. On one hand, it was a challenge since I had to size it down (the smallest size is 29" waist, mine happens to be 26"), but it was great to see the finished corset come together beautifully. I already have another one in the works!
