The Picnic Skirt is a high-waisted, fitted skirt that has a subtle hi-low hem line. The skirt falls beautifully above the knee in the front and perfectly below the knee in the back. Skirts are a staple in your closet, so why not make a statement with this fun, yet sleek Picnic Skirt.
