Yes, seam allowances are already included. If you read through the instructions, it tells you what allowance to use as you sew. Any questions, just let me know.

It's very difficult to diagnose and help your problem without knowing more details and holding a long conversation here isn't really practical. I'll be happy to help you, and anyone, who has any difficulty downloading, opening or printing. Just send me an email to deby@so-sew-easy.com with a description of the problem. :-)

Hello, I am trying to figure out a section and wanted to know if you can give a little more information. I have sewn the middle sections of the straps together, but I am lost after that. I turn each piece right side out, then I match the center back and front seams together. Am I just stitching the section where the V is, because if I stitch all the way around I don't see how I can it back out with the right sides out. This is my third sewing project. So, I may be skewing the directions totally. Any further clarification on this section would be appreciated.- Angela

I absolutely love this style of top and want to try sewing knits. I see that "fits most" means about 36" bust. I am about 38D-40D (depending on bra style). Would I add the extra measurements to just the side seams, or do I need to adjust the underarm edges too?
I especially love that this top would cover bra straps since I have to wear one and finding clear strap bras for tanks is useless. THANK you!

I think it depends where your fullness lies. If you are smaller above the bust, which it suggests you are because of the D cup size, then you could probably leave all of the straps the same and simple increase the amount of fabric in the body of the blouse. Try cutting the pattern piece vertical from top to bottom in 2 or 3 places across the width, moving the pieces apart a little and then filling back in to get the shape. Then simple gather them to fit the straps. Having more gathering will give you more room in front. It might be a bit of trial and error. You might only want to increase the front, and leave the back the same. You could also slightly increase the depth of the side area that goes from the strap under the arm. Knits are pretty forgiving, but still, do pin it all together and try before sewing just in case. I hope this helps.

It was really easy to put together, and the only alteration I had to make was take in the armholes a bit, since I'm a petite. Thanks for such a cute pattern.
