Pattern Description:

The Chelsea Romper
sizes 3m-5T

A twist on the pillowcase dress! The Chelsea Romper is a halter style pillowcase romper.

This pdf pattern includes many color photos and simple to follow instructions on how to make the Chelsea romper version or the separate top and shorts version.

In addition to the instructions, you also receive a chart with measurements if you want to cut your fabric out using a rotary cutter and mat, as well as printable patterns. This romper requires 1/2" elastic in the back and I also give you elastic measurements if you want to add elastic to the leg holes of the shorts, and waist elastic amounts if you make the shorts separate.

These are downloadable instructions and pattern for making an item.

All designs are created by Pink Poodle Bows. You are more than welcome to sell the finished product in small quantities. No mass production on a large scale. Duplicating or distributing any part of this pattern is prohibited. Please give Pink Poodle Bows credit for the design.

You Will Also Need:

  • I teach you how to make the bias tape, but you can purchase one that matches your fabric
  • 1/2" elastic
  • 1/4" elastic (optional) for leg holes
