The skirt twirler in your life will LOVE the Camery Twirl Skirt. Can be customized with SO many different fabrics to create a darling look for any occasion. Includes instructions for adding a band along the bottom if you want or just one fabric for the skirt. Either way, you can add a ric rac, ribbon or other embellishment to add a little zip to that twirl. Instructions are included to help you know where to sew this on.
