I was very excited about this pattern. However, the paper size required to print is A4 and we use letter by default in the US. As a result all my patterns are of wrong measurement. i made the largest size hoping it would fit my 18 month old daughter but it didn't. I will now have to resize all the patterns according to regular infant foot sizes on photoshop I guess. I wish the maker of the pattern could have provided an option for a printout in letter size. I was really dissappointed by the sizing.

Hello, you don't need to resize, it will print well on a letter sized paper, only the logo will get cut, but you don't need it for sewing anyway :-) Don't let the printer resize by fitting to the paper, choose "none" from the scaling options and it should be fine.
