A couple of years ago I hosted and taught a week-end sewing retreat. I knew if I didn't do something I would have to be sweeping the floors all week end to clean up after the attendees. Their first project was this trash bag. My purpose was to help keep the place neat and tidy and to prevent extra work for myself! This has become a standard class that I teach and most everyone loves this little bag. Some of my students have made many more of them than I have! I have made extras to take with me when I teach, again, to keep the place neat and tidy. I almost always sell a few patterns or even a finished bag when I take the bags along so it is beneficial to me in several ways.
