Skill level: without piping: Advanced Beginner,
with piping: Intermediate

Size: small 8" x 10"
large 10" x 13"

Purses are so much fun to make, especially if you can customize it to make it totally you! Here is a pattern with endless customizing opportunities. The finished purse is so professional, no one will know it's handmade. Choose your skill level by whether or not you add piping. 10% of all proceeds are donated to the Victory House and Hope House for troubled teens.

Both bags:
optional trim
2 D-rings
optional 7" zipper for
zippered pocket
1 magnetic snap
24"- 36" decorative chain
depending on desired
handle length

Small bag:
1/2 yard fabric
1/4 yard lining fabric
scrap 2 1/2" x 8" long for stripe
optional 1 package piping
12" of Soft and Stable stabilizer by Annie U (60" wide) (alternatively, extra firm stabilizer will work)

Large bag:
3/4 yard fabric
1/2 yard lining fabric
scrap 2 1/2" x 10" long for stripe
optional 2 packages piping
16" of Soft and Stable stabilizer by Annie U (60" wide)
