Basic Skills Necessary:

  • 1/4" seam, sewing a circle to straight edged fabric

Pattern Description:

One year I was loathed to buy plastic
pumpkins for treat-or-treating. That's when I
created this little bag. Two bags...four fat
quarters. They hold quite the haul! From
Halloween candy to Easter eggs and anything
in between. You can add lace, rick-rack, even
fun buttons and a closure. Your little one will
love something to carry their treasures in!
Supplies listed will make 2 bags.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • about 7 3/4" round!


  • 4 fat quarters, 1/2 yard batting, sewing machine, basic sewing supplies, mat, rotary cutter, ruler, template plastic, fine point sharpie marker, air/water erasable marker, scissors, thread snips, seam ripper
