A unisex travel carry-all pattern! Very sturdy, lots of interfacing and a long adjustable strap. You are welcome to use any heavyweight interfacing you'd like. I prefer Craftfuse. It's much cheaper than Peltex and just as sturdy! Includes a zipper, piping (piping isnt as difficult as it looks), and three large pocket panels (one large pocket on the outside and 2-4 on the inside). This is great for a short day or weekend trip, or as an airline carry-on. It's comparable in sturdiness, size and construction to Amy Butler's Weekender bag, but designed for men also, with a retro 70's luggage shape.
The strap hardware can be bought online at www.strapworks.com if you can't find it locally.
I try to keep my patterns as straight forward as possible. I include simple drawings, I think they are easier to understand than photos. I am available via email if you run into any trouble.
You MAY sell bags you make with this pattern.
Have fun and feel free to email me with any questions/feedback! email@example.com.
I'm a graphic designer by trade and fell in love with sewing many years ago. I think it was a natural path for me to mesh the two and start drafting my own patterns. There's nothing I like sewing together more than bags! www.swoonpatterns.com
