Pattern Description:

(Includes Bag and Changing Pad Pattern and bonus knit receiving blanket pattern)

Every new parent can enjoy a new bag! This bag is very versatile. For the purposes of a diaper bag, the bag can be filled up with items to take care of the precious new addition(s). This bag is also versatile as a tote/purse. This slouchy diaper bag is beginner friendly and playfully friendly for the experienced seamstress.

Allow me to introduce this pattern item. My recent patterns were inspired by two doll diaper bag patterns that I created. Once creating the first two, I found that pattern design was a passion. Since learning and loving to sew I have enjoyed making new patterns that hopefully others will enjoy them as well. I designed a few diaper bags now and this one is another style that I am sure people will love. It has a sophisticated applique pattern that really adds a unique touch to a completely functional bag. This bag includes many, many pockets to store all kinds of goodies. It also includes a changing pad that coordinates with the diaper bag. This bag easily accommodates embellishments like an adjustable strap and magnetic closure, but I have included alternations as well. I have sewn the bag in a laminated cotton and cotton combination. However, many materials and/or combinations will work just fine.

Hi there, I am a pattern designer and a long-arm quilter. I love to sew!! I have dabbled in wall hangings lately because it gives me and excuse to try new quilting techniques on a small workable scale. Although, patterns geared towards pretend play are my first love. I love making things for my kids to enjoy :) Hopefully, you will enjoy my patterns too. Thank you so much for your interest!! ...
