Pattern Description:

A charming rabbit zipper pouch to sew for little gifts or special trinkets!

This PDF contains a total of 8 pages with 20 photos to guide you through every step of construction. You need only print two pages of pattern pieces if you prefer following the instructions from your computer screen and like to conserve paper & ink.

Rabbits measure approximately 5 & 1/2" long, 3 & 1/4" wide, and 2 & 3/4" tall at the center of the back (14 x 8 x 7 cm). Closed pouches were photographed with some polyfil stuffing to better show the shape of the finished rabbit.

This pattern was designed for quilting weight cottons, but other light to medium weight woven fabrics should work equally well. The charcoal grey rabbit was made with fabric from thrift store wool/cashmere blend slacks, pink matte satin leftover from a long-ago Halloween costume, and a bit of white fleece for its tail. It is possible to get 3 rabbit pouches out of 2 coordinating FQs if using a non-directional print.
