This party hat tutorial is a versatile pattern with many options for customizing to your preference. Create party hats for a 1st or 50th birthday. Use boutique fabrics or fabric you already have on hand. I have clearly explained a simple, streamlined process in this PDF pattern.
Party hat pattern pieces are included and can be printed directly on 8.5" x 11" paper. Instructions are included for attaching pieces together.
Thirty six applique templates are included including numbers 0-9 and every letter of the alphabet.
