Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Ideally you should have some experience using a sewing machine, (preferably with a walking foot) a rotary cutter, scissors, and stitch ripper SAFELY!

Pattern Description:

This adorable bag has 7 handy pockets (!) and measures 13 inches wide by 9 inches high. A "CHARM PACK" & SASH BUSTER" friendly shredded rag bag pattern/tutorial, with more than 30 images and diagrams to guide you. I'll show you how to add some texture and a splash of color, and you'll make it your own with your choice of fabrics and pocket placement!

  • 13" wide by 9" high

Materials:

  • 48 ~ 5x5 squares (charm pack friendly)
  • 1/2 yard lining fabric
  • 1 fat quarter strap fabric
  • 3/4 yard 20" wide medium weight fusible interfacing
  • I ~ 9" nylon zipper for pocket
  • 1 ~ 14" nylon zipper for bag closure

  • Straight pins
  • Cotton Thread
  • Sewing machine
