This cool square design gives extra space for multiple devices to fit, or put accessories (I put my countertop stand next to my iPad) inside the main pocket.

This quick and easy pattern is great for gifts or making multiples to sell or give away!

The square shape of this cover makes it great for quilt squares and balanced motifs. Look inside for a cute contrast lining...what will your fun lining be? Making a gift and not sure which tablet your friend has? This square shape will hold the majority of standard tablet sizes currently available.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

The pattern for this set of instructions will fit your iPad, iPad 2, new iPad 3, and most tablet computers; any device up to 9"w x 10"t x 1". This pattern is oversized to accommodate a device with a cover. Measure your covered device to see if it is the best fit with this pattern. With so many covers available it is impossible to anticipate every style and size of cover that might fit.

Materials:

2 pieces of fabric at least 13" w by 13" l or 3/8 yd fabric for outside of case
2 pieces of fabric at least 13" w by 13" l or 3/8 yd fabric for lining
Batting, 2 pieces 13" square

You Will Also Need:

1 - 14" zipper (longer is ok) in coordinating color (nylon coil) or 14" of zipper by the foot and one pull.
A scrap of ribbon for the pull (optional)
