This PDF sewing pattern will assist you in making beautiful boutique style e-reader covers for your iPad 1, 2, 3 or Mini, Kindle, Kindle Fire, HD, Paper White, Nook Color, Tablet or Touch!

Included in this PDF sewing pattern are: easy to understand step-by-step instructions, many detailed color photos that coincide with the instructions, a cuts/measurements chart for those comfortable with using a rotary cutter and mat to cut out fabric, lastly all pattern pieces are included and can be printed from a basic home computer printer. I hope you enjoy this pattern and if have any questions while making it I am always willing to help.

This is a PDF sewing pattern for making an E-Reader Cover. All designs are created by Pink Poodle Bows. You are more than welcome to sell the finished product in small quantities. No mass production on a large scale. Duplicating or distributing any part of this pattern is prohibited. Please give Pink Poodle Bows credit for the design.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • E-Reader Patterns included are: iPad Mini, iPad 1 & 2, Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD 8.9

Materials:

  • Materials Needed: (exact amounts given in tutorial) -Light to medium weight cotton fabric -lightweight fusible interfacing -fusible fleece -sewing machine, thread, needle, scissors, pins, iron - button -(option) elastic cord/rubber band (or fabric loop: measurement given in tutorial) -(option) Velcro: if you make the pocket option #2 with the flap, instructions are given for adding hook and loop tape (velcro) so that it can close.

A great pattern with very good and clear instructions. You can sew it for many different brands of e-readers, there are different sizes included you can choose from.

Don't let the 23 pages of instructions throw you - many of those pages are pattern pieces, which you don't even need to print or cut out if you have a rotary cutter and mat. The tutorial is clear and easy to follow, and I really love the charts showing exactly what pieces and in what dimensions you need to cut. I really enjoyed making this!
