- You should have basic sewing skills to make this bag and some knowledge of following a sewing pattern. Instructions are included on adding piping to the seam, if desired.
Pattern Description:
The Daphne Tote is the newest original purse pattern designed by Rebeka Lambert. This is a simple tote with a little bit of pizzaz, perfect for a beginner or someone who doesn't like to make complicated things (that would be ME). The design includes a darted bottom, simple interior slip pockets, a shaped top, and the option to add piping at the seam.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 13.5" wide x 10" tall x 4" deep (34 cm x 25 cm x 10 cm)
Materials:
- 3/4 yard fabric for the Exterior
- 1 yard fabric for the Lining
- 1 yard 20" wide light to medium weight fusible interfacing (or interfacing of choice)
You Will Also Need:
- coordinating thread
- a magnetic snap or button, if desired
- piping (optional)
