This is one handy little wallet that is so quick and easy to whip up. The experienced seamstress can finish one up in an hour or less. I designed this in two sizes. I like to use the smaller one for my coupons and the bigger one to organize my receipts. You can also use them as cash budgeting holders. I think the bigger of the two would be great for traveling. You can stash anything from cocoa, soup, and tea, to cosmetics.
The closure is made up of 1/4" wide elastic that attaches to a button that is on the lower back of the wallet. I designed it that way so that if you use it as a coupon carrier, you can flip the flap around the handle of the grocery cart and button in place. Your coupons will be right there at your fingertips for quick and easy access.
The wallet is fully lined and I've even given you the templates so you can print out the tabbed dividers from card stock. You can make either one of these wallets from two fat quarters, or 1/3 yard of fabric (will make 2).
Smaller wallet measures 4" H x 7" W x 1 1/2" D
Larger wallet measures 4 1/2 H x 8 1/2" W x 2" D
