Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Basic sewing skills. Rotary cutting skills.

Pattern Description:

I needed a wallet that could carry the basics: cash, credit card, ID, passport, and most especially my new, oversized smartphone. I couldn't find one on the market that was stylish and functional. My Bucklebee handbags are famous for making hardworking bags beautiful; could I design a wallet with the same idea in mind?

I did! Carry this essential accessory as a wallet, a clutch, a wristlet or a cross-body bag. Its tidy size is within professional sports stadium guidelines, but it doesn't lack space. The zipper pocket is perfect for your keys, lipstick, pillbox, or other personal items. The flat pockets carry cash, a checkbook and ID cards, and passport as well as your phone. The wallet closes securely with a magnetic snap and remains flat and sleek while it keeps you organized and ready to go!

Best of all, this wallet is simple to sew. An enthusiastic beginner will have success, and the results are a polished and professional must-have accessory. The pattern is written tutorial-style, with lots of photos and very simple explanations. Grab some fabrics and get sewing!

Hardware kits for this bag are available at the Bucklebee Shop at Etsy.com.
